Your engagement and wedding are supposed to be two, unforgettable, moments in your life. However, this love-blinded couple probably wishes that they hadn’t shared their engagement photo online. Posted on Reddit yesterday, the photo shows the lovers posing in a hibachi-style restaurant in front of food spelling their initials, “AN” and “AL.” Luckily for them, they narrowly avoided writing “ALAN.”

Why did they write their initials upside down, unless it was meant to be photographed?

The chef did it. He did it to face them (see? you can see the place setting at the bottom of the pic.) Those teppanyaki grills have the customers sitting in a U-shape around it with the chef standing at the top of the U to prepare the food. They just moved their chairs to where he would usually stand, to take the pic.
