My name is Omica Meinen and I've been photographing all my life. I got my first camera when I was 9 years old, then I mainly photographed nature. But that changed when I got my dog Beau, I took a lot of pictures of her and posted them on her own Instagram!
Besides photography, I also like traveling. It is one of my favorite things to do, and then also to photograph dogs is a dream come true! I recently travelled to some places to create beautiful dog photos. Here are some of my favorites!

They ARE the best! I still miss my old girl and she died in 2010. She was an unusual "cream and silver" color. My current dog is half GSD, and it definitely comes through in his appearance, but his mom's genes (Central Asian Shepherd) are too strong in regards to his personality and independence XD What were your boys' names?

I had a Belgian Malinois for four glorious weeks. They are amazing dogs. I hope I can be in a position in life where I can have a Malinois again.

Dogs are so beautiful, from a Heinz 57 mutt, to the a pure breed! Regardless of where they are, dogs, just by their presence, make it beautiful! It's a shame that more of us humans could be more like dogs, instead of turning places ugly! I fear for the future of both humans and dog's!
