its about temptation. the three serpents represent the three hiders of the truth, desire, anger/fear and opinion. they circle the king as he wonders what to do. should he kill them or let them live and take him over? his demonic monstrous advisers watch around him as they distract him from the kingdom of heaven.

Amazing Talent.I love your work. Reminds me of the medieval art of Hieronymus Bosch. Was he your inspiration. I could gaze at them for hours.
