A sense of entitlement is a personality characteristic that's not exclusive to spoiled kids. The belief that you deserve special treatment or recognition for something you haven't earned can be quite universal.
And the subreddit which we will call 'Entitled Batch' can prove it — this online community is dedicated to shaming people who think they can always get their own way and are better than everyone else.
The moderators, however, point out in its 'About' section that the sub "in no way intends to spread hate or abuse or to offend any party, it was created for story sharing and entertainment."

If a person isn't behaving as badly as these folks and you aren't sure whether they might have a sense of entitlement, experts suggest going through the following characteristics and seeing if they apply:
- People with a sense of entitlement expect to get preferential treatment and special favors in life, without regard for why they should be treated specially. They assume "the world owes me." For instance, they might feel that the policies of an organization should not apply to them because they should be treated with special favors.
- Regardless of what they have, they strongly believe that they deserve more. They expect to elevate their lifestyle above that of others without putting in the effort needed to do so.

- When they reach a certain level of success, they feel that everyone should bend over backward to help them. If someone has a problem with them or does not agree with what they are doing, they will try to make the other party feel as if they are wrong and that it is a horrible thing to disagree with them.
- Their personal needs come before everyone else's needs. They believe that it is your job to ensure they have everything they need, even if this means that you have to sacrifice taking care of yourself.

- They're very dramatic when something does not go their way. In these cases, they might try to make themselves look better by bringing you down.
- They are not grateful for what they have in their life. A person with a sense of entitlement may not say thank you or show other signs of appreciation for what they have. This is because they believe it is their right to have everything, so they don't value anything.

Well when common sense goes out the window, there's always Twitter polls.
- A sense of entitlement tends to be spread across their entire life. Someone who acts this way about one thing is likely to act the same way in other situations as well. They may be greedy or will take friends for granted instead of being appreciative.
- They act like victims and blame other people or outside forces for their problems. Again, someone with this attitude believes the world owes them and that other people are responsible for making their lives better.
But if you read through the list and remain unsure, look them up on the subreddit 'Entitled Batch'. If they're not here, maybe they aren't that bad, eh?

I've worn this exact mask, as has my mom, with pink rhinestones to 5 different doctors offices, to a lab for blood work, to 2 different MRI's, and to urgent care two weeks ago. Not a single person, nurse, doctor, or tech had any problem with it. It's never been about health, and it's always been about compliance. On the box of medical masks, it states, 'Not capable of, nor designed to, stop the spread of illness.' Saw a video of a man outside where it was 'see your breath' cold. He put on one medical mask, then two, then three, exhaling after adding each mask. His breath flowed out the sides and top of the mask(s), surrounding his entire head. Saw another video where a man exhaled on his glasses, like to clean them. He also added a medical mask and exhaled, misting his lenses. He added a second and a third mask and was still able to mist his lenses with his breath, exactly as he could with no mask on. The ill fitting masks everyone wears and trusts are not stopping any virus.

Now I got it. I finally have a sufficient explanation for why people are like this: In order to prevent the government from reading their thoughts, made accessible via chemtrails or so, they stopped thinking altogether, but, of course, couldn't stop acting, so now they are the result of acting without thinking as a life principle. And, they do seem kinda happy, in all their engagement into this stuff, enragement against thinking people, it now appears clear to me, is to protect them from their minds getting read, but, sadly, this effort to help maintain privacy and stuff is executed in a completely unconscious state of the remains of an unused mind.

A whole family in a choir I was in for like a day once wore mesh masks. A 7-year-old, a 10-year-old, and a 14-year-old. They were ridiculously rude and obnoxious about it, as well. Wanted to slap 'em upside the head (I think I was around 15 or 16 at the time).

Guess maybe I'm entitled, because I would be a bit annoyed by this, too. Mostly because they have their store hours listed as something different than what they actually are. The internet is such an important part of your business model these days, and so many companies fail to recognize that. It's not that hard to change how your business is represented on google. I can't tell you how often I check google before going anywhere. It's literally the first impression most people get of your business. Get with the times. Stay on top of that stuff.

No, actually, no. Because these are prime examples of how we all are very much the same and just live in our own bubble. And it's good for people that live in very mediocre bubbles to see that other bubbles exist that are a whole lot different (and a lot less prevalent we hope). Just because it is not to your comfort, doesn't mean it can't actually grow your own sense of empathy towards others. And if it's too much. Skip it. But I can assure you there's a reason you didn't. These are wonderful examples to see how "most" people react to situations like these and how people that act like that are the ones to stand out from the masses. You are looking for confirmation and you got it.

Waiting at the dealership for my car service, sitting reading a magazine. I guess I "thought" people knew that a magazine, open and face-down in the chair means that I've gone to the restroom. I come back, guy's sitting in the chair reading the exact article I had been reading. Yes, there were numerous other seats without open magazines in them. I realize I expect too much.
