It was the meme from a couple years ago, African funeral dance or something like that. Those guys would dance while carrying a coffin or just while at a funeral with this song playing which gets stuck in your head. So people would make video compilations of stuff you might see on Reddit's Win Stupid Prizes or One Second Before Disaster, and once someone was about to get hurt they'd cut back to the funeral guys to signify that they just made a really bad decision.
