Good thing there are always some good samaritans jumping in to help others. You could say this is how the world evolves but oh my, would you be wrong with that. This time, all their efforts were in vain as they seemingly didn't get the point of how any of that actually works for the visually impaired. The English Caasp (A Standardized Test) Practice Test Has Braille As An Option
Actually, this test works with Braille computer interface devices, and when Braille is selected by the sighted person that is setting up the tests (like they do for all students), the test software will send proper signals to the device, as well as make other accommodations to make the test accessible to the blind, including sending raised illustrations to the device, and eliminating any questions that may not translate to a blind tester. It's actually very helpful.
A lot of these are because people do not realize how poorly worded many ADA laws are, it is why the drive through at my bank has braile, it is so they are compliant with the law. The laws are poorly written, and since there are shady lawfirms that go around suing everyone based on the most technical aspects of the ADA laws, so it is just easier to do these things.
It actually makes sense for a drive through atm to be available for the vision impaired.... So when they have someone (like a taxi or Uber driver) take them there, they can operate it on their own and don't have to trust a stranger to do their banking.

This reminds me of a post not to long ago, that one was about wheel chair ramps, it was just as bad, or worse as the majority of ramps were a complete failure, and after seeing the ramps, I was stunned, now this for the blind, leaves me speechless, the laws need to be changed for both A.S.A.P.
