I don't see how this teacher is awesome, many of his students will be confused and be convinced that they are doing something wrong, even though they are perfectly correct, and perhaps flunk the class. Funny as it may seem to some people, i don't see how this teacher could be one of the awesomest teachers ever
Even meaner is if he takes 1 to 4 of the questions and deliberately breaks the pattern, so they are never quite clear if there even is a pattern

But once you realized the pattern it would be easy to guess the right answers
True, but for a lot of student they worry that they are doing something wrong and second guess themselves. It's like form b if you keep getting the same answer your going to think you are doing something wrong.

Not really. I've had all types of exams in college and multiple choice can be as hard as the prof want to make it...leaving short answer, fill in the blank, or T/F as your only friend. Some short answer promts/essays are impossible & while i love fill in the blank, i also know kids who hate it and kids who think that T/F will be the death of them. Just depends on how the question is asked. The great thing about a scantron though, is that you get your grade back sooner.
