Nope. For a start there's too much 'imperfect' detail, like the stubble, the wrinkles, the moles. Secondly, there are lots of websites/tools that detect AI, like wasitai dot com, which give a high degree of certainty that they are not.

I think these could showcase the skills of the barber. To show how well he or she can handle different elements and hair types. But as for appearance, I think most of them are utterly ridiculous. If I saw most of them in the wild, I would seriously have to bite my tongue just to stop myself from laughing uncontrollably.
