Okay I didn't realize until I googled it that this thing actually EATS the fish's tongue. When this said it replaces the to the, I assumed it just attached to the tongue. Nope. It eats it.

I've seen a picture of this on Pinterest........... Let me just tell you that it looked worse in the picture.
