Michael Zee knows how to make a delicious and beautiful breakfast spread, and when he started creating appetizing symmetric breakfasts for himself and his boyfriend Mark van Beek, Instagram just ate it up!
"People wonder if I’m crazy or obsessive," Zee told the Guardian, "but it is a declaration of love, really. I'm dedicated – both to breakfast and to Mark." He sometimes preps the night before and he hasn't missed a day in a YEAR! They also try to follow different international breakfast traditions to keep things interesting.

In Turkey this is known as Pide. After being stationed in Turkey for 2 years in the 90's I've been wanting to learn how to make Pide myself. I finally found a recipe on Pinterest and plan on making some this winter.

Well, I'm from Turkey and that's why I was wondering what that is. They look very similar to Pide but obviously not the same. I got a response saying it was 'adjaruli khatchapuri' from Georgia^^

it is called adjaruli khatchapuri. And ot is most delicios national dish from Georgia the country. Boat shaped bread filled with cheese with agg and butter on top.

If you're referring to the pastries Christine, They are some sort of traditional cookies from Iran. Basically the soft baked pastry has a layer of crushed walnuts mixed with brown sugar, cinnamon and cardamom in the middle. Vary tasty treat!
