Personally I agree with sofia since you don't want to damage your hair. Any lightener is going to damage your hair whether it's oil, cream, or powdered. But if you don't want to buy a wig it'd take a couple sessions to lift your dark brown color to a platinum blonde safely. If you were to try and do it in one shot you'd fry your hair and turn it to mush (I had almost black hair like yours and did that to myself). After you reach the platinum blonde stage you would have to tone it with a violet toner to get the yellow base out then from there you'd have to be really good at blending colors so you don't have lines of demarcation and have very even sections. Starting at your roots youd have different mixtures of turquoise and teal blue then going down the hair shaft is when youll have the challenge of blending in the purples, pastel blue, pale yellow, pinks, and maybe a little bit of pastel green. You won't have an exact replica of this hair but you can be almost close to it.

Buy a wig..

Go to a salon. If you bleach your hair yourself chances are you will fry it no matter what. Secondly you can't go from practically black to almost white hair in one sitting. You'll have to deal with transitional colors for about two months before you can get to the needed lightness. If your hair is dyed with a box color maybe longer.

Good luck getting black dye out of your hair without a professional.

Colour B4, maybe twice depending on the base colour in the black, use a lightener to lift any orangey tones, then a white toner, section hair into maybe inch wide pieces, so 1 top layer, 1 middle layer and 1 bottom so you can add depth. Don't just section right down to the root. You'll need maybe 5 different colours - I recommend crazy colour as it's not that expensive, about £6 a bottle, mix some of each with a little left over bleach, some with good quality conditioner, then using a brush paint on each section of hair as in the photo you like - put tin foil between each section so as not to mix the colours. I usually leave mine about 25 - 35 minutes so the colour really sinks in. Rinse with cold water, use a sealing conditioner. When it comes to caring for the colour use a shampoo that's very light and has little ingredients and a good quality after care - always rinse with cold water as it keeps the pores sealed meaning the colour stays put longer.
