A woman living in Canada found out that life can be a lot like Disney movies during some meowgical moments. Lisianne, from Quebec, once fed a cat that had wandered into her garden and started a friendship with it. The cat would come back often for food, affection, and to play with the woman.
But one day Usagi the cat came back and she wasn’t alone, oh no! It turns out that the momma cat had been pregnant this entire time and, after she gave birth, she brought all 6 of her gorgeous kittens to meet Lisianne to meet after some time. One by one, Usagi put the kittens in a line on the porch.
Now, 5 of the 6 three-month-old kittens are looking for a new forever home and are currently in the care of a local rescue group, Chatons Orphelins Montréal. Before you start worrying about what happened to the 6th kitten, relax—a friend of Lisianne’s adopted it.

Lisianne took all of them in and then contacted her friends and a local animal shelter for help

One of the kittens was taken in by the woman’s friend. Meanwhile, the other 5 are waiting for their new owners at a rescue shelter

The shelter helped the kittens get all the veterinary attention that they needed

Lisianne had previously been worried that she was overfeeding Usagi because her stomach kept getting bigger and bigger. However, Usagi was simply pregnant, so the food, water, and attention that Lisianne gave her were all very much appreciated.
After Usagi gave birth, Lisianne opened up her home to the momma cat and her 6 newborns. She gave them a room in her home to live in safely for some time. Later on, the woman reached out to her friends and a local shelter for some help. And not a moment too soon!
The kittens, as it turned out, had breathing problems and suffered from conjunctivitis. So the shelter was able to give them the medical care they required.
Among the 5 kittens still up for adoption are 3 females (Taylor, Tynie, and Tyana) and 2 males (Tales and Tito). All of them have unique characters. Meanwhile, Lisianne adopted Usagi to keep her fed and also decided to spay her to prevent her from getting pregnant again.
Years ago a pregnant stray showed up at my house. I named her Ragamuffin because she was long-haired and scruffy. She had five kittens in my bathroom cabinet. I found forever homes for all of them, and had Ragamuffin fixed. She was my constant companion for the next 17 years. Rest in peace, you sweet cat.
Thank you for sharing this sweet story ♥️

I'm happy that you had her for that long. Ragamuffin knew how much you loved her. heck still do. Love never dies even when the body does. For some reason I'm crying now, probably because my fur baby is already 10. It seems like I just got her. I keep her healthy and hopefully happy. I truly hope she stays as long as possible.
Black cats are so adorable. They're like fluffy voids
So why is the only one that got adopted the stripey one? It's easier to photograph... Black cats matter too!
Black animals in all species are harder to sell and adopt out and it's a tragedy! One of my bunnies is completely black and I've heard breeders say that one of the reasons they don't like black bunnies is because they're harder to photograph. But they're just as beautiful as any other colour! Appreciate the difference instead of shunning it!
Superstitious stuff of lore plays in as a factor, I suspect.

My brain works the opposite way and would adopt a black animal BECAUSE if the superstition and lore
Black lives- no, CATS matter. But blacks lives matter too ;)
In the 46 years I've owned cats, one (or more) has always been black. The little devils.
I am wondering that too...The black cats are soooo much more beautiful! (and Im a white gurl)
we have black dogs and my mom once said that people think black dogs are more agressive but our doggos are sweeties!
...(maybe she just wanted brown floof because it was nicer or for other causes not mentioned here...)
Elin Magnusson i totally agree
Exactly.
My black cat has the goldest eyes
Barbara Vandewalle yes
I live in Scotland where black cats are considered lucky! I have one myself and he is my little panther who I love to bits!
as someone with a black cat I don't understand it. My little boy is the sweetest thing.
I honestly agree
