Prob a book on witches or demons. Maybe I'm wrong and it was from a book of raunchy Medieval songs or something. Very cool though.
What I love about all these kind of manuscript illustrations is that they weren't just made by monks, but most were requested by the person buying the book. There some amazingly weird stuff in the margins of royal prayer books that have nothing to do with religious imagery and all about... Well, I'd get in trouble for a real description.
