20 Wholesome Cartoons About Social Issues That Many People Can Relate To, By This Artist (New Pics)
Art has the power to entertain, inspire, and provoke thought—sometimes all at once. Few artists navigate this balance as effortlessly as Henry James Garrett. Combining charming illustrations with sharp, meaningful commentary, his work invites us to rethink how we see the world and the values we hold dear.
Once again, we’d like to share with you some new works from this artist. As some of you might remember, Henry uses animals and everyday objects to tackle themes like kindness, equality, LGBTQ+ identity, mental health, and social justice. His art is proof that even the simplest of drawings can spark meaningful conversations and leave a lasting impact.

If every single one of us did this, the world would be better by leaps and bounds.
As someone with severe depression I thought it was telling me to kill myself.

It doesn't matter if we look different or think different about different things. Our differences make us who we are.
All of life should be that. Make it so. Be the boldest , bravest person you know
Several so called peaceful nations have large arms industries and are happy to sell them to other countries. Lookin' at you, Sweden.
Yeah, 20th Century Sweden saying “We’re neutral!” makes history nerd me laugh my head off.
Load More Replies...Well after all if it wasn't me it would be someone else who wouldn't feel any remorse at all.
That argument is so stupid. You could use that argument to murder your grandmother.
Load More Replies...Somewhere there's an orange sexually perverted felon who believes otherwise.
Maybe we can do our best to ignore him, live our lives and just get through the next few years as best we can. Think of it as 'resistance' - and stop following any story with him in the headlines, you're just being manipulated
Load More Replies...Social constructs matter. If we didn't have them, we wouldn't have an economy based on money. Or anything really. Laws are also social constructs, and they exist for a reason.
You know perfectly well that this cartoon is not referring to physical borders such as oceans or mountain ranges or canyons. You are being spurious and a boor.

Ever watch a documentary of lions or killer whales hunt? Or (trigger warning) search for the story about chimpansees Luit, Yeroen and Nikki by Frans the Waal.
Animals, even social animals like lions, chimpanzees, and orcas, will kill other members of their species in disputes over territory, mates, food, etc. This does not mean that they are like humans who commit genocide.

When a person's perspective is based on lies and misinformation, you don't have a leg to stand on in trying to convince them otherwise.
I have always thought the people who make the best soldiers are people of peace, who don’t allow themselves to be drawn into unnecessary violence—-let’s face it, in war there is violence, and sometimes you have to fight violence with violence, but the person of peace will only do the necessary to get the aggressor to stop, then they too will stop there instead of letting primitive bloodlust take them over completely.
Violence is self-perpetuating. You either oppose it with violence (implicitly agreeing with its use) or get trampled (subjecting to its use). Great spirits like Gandhi come along only each century or so

Load More Replies...Any ideology, Nazi, Communist, Maga, Christian, Zionist, Islamic, can be used to justify genocide by the zealots. People will blame everything on religion because that's what other people have said. But it's not always true, Zionism is often ethnic, not religious
Load More Replies...My oh my, a genocide that does not exist can't be seen unless you fill yourself with hate and lies.
Well, unlike people, fish are a sharks natural prey and it actually wants to eat them.
Load More Replies...It's difficult to argue someone into stopping doing things they enjoy
Exactly. They would murder as many Jews as they could and continue to oppress their own people as well.
Load More Replies...Is it possible that both sides are acting badly? Yes. is it possible that either will be the first to act better? Because if not, we have war forever
Hamas started the war, and they could've ended it any time by surrendering, giving up the hostages, and stop using their own people as human shields. Downvote me if you want. I've had enough of this Jew hatred b******t. People need to get their heads out of their asses.
I've had enough of aßholes equating rejecting Israel's genocidal conduct as "antisemitic", and freely interchanging "Palestinian" and "Hamas" to justify it. Murdering children is murdering children, and "they started it" doesn't excuse it. The children being murdered didn't start anything. And the vast majority of the population of Gaza wasn't even born when Hamas was "elected".
Load More Replies...... and, unfortunately, you elephants have been targets for poachers for about that long
Yep. Hamas is a bunch of cowards. These innocent Palestinian civilians are being killed because they're being used as meat shields by their extremist government. It's disgusting.
Load More Replies...I have no time for how Israel have behaved, but it's naïve, biased and ridiculous to think that the Palestinians are totally blameless in all this. Hamas attacked first this time round, if you recall. This is just antisemitic.
Using "Palestinians" and "Hamas" as though they are interchangeable is the most overt sort of racism possible. Dismissing criticism of the genocidal right-wing regime which has gained control of Israel as "antisemitic" is intellectual bad faith.
Load More Replies...Ah yes - preaching empathy and understanding for all, then hurling mindless abuse at a group of people who worry about the safety of women and just want to talk about it.
Pandering to a small minority - still well under 1% - is woke brain rot. Promoting the rights of women is not a bad thing. I will never believe in promoting a minority at the expense of a majority; accommodate them as far as possible, by all means, but just to wipe out the equality that women have gained over the past 50 years (and it's by no means complete) seems very wrong indeed. Who is saying that we have to be free of gender? What needs policing is men taking advantage by claiming to identify as women, then using it to perpetrate SA.
Trans women ARE women. Protecting the rights of women INCLUDES protecting the rights of trans women, because they ARE women. Protecting trans women doesn't "wipe out" the equality of women.
Load More Replies...TBH, until everyone does. There are more conflicts—-and genocides—-happening than the one in Israel. It’s just that the others aren’t getting as much press.
OK, so we won't stop fighting until everyone else does. That's sure to bring about a rapid peace, worldwide ... ( /s )
Load More Replies...They should have just labeled this pro Palestinian comics. I do not agree with what is happening to the Palestinians. But dude, I got your stance about 4 comics ago.
It's obvious that the artist has no clue to historical events. Maybe he should start with 1948, and learn what really happened.
Agreed 100% I'll probably be downvoted to death and banned, but when it comes to this sort of thing, I won't stay silent.
Load More Replies...This was so cheesy and ridiculously oversimplified that I had a hard time finding a single thing to upvote. I feel like this must’ve been written by a very young person with black and white thinking.
