29-year-old Alexander Dyakov has had his share of office jobs. And I'm not talking about the hit TV show. Alexander has been working in one and about 6 months ago came up with a new way of venting his everyday problems away. Comics. Even though the Russian had no real artistic background, he decided to begin illustrating the struggles a typical office worker goes through on a daily basis and people quickly started seeing themselves and their colleagues in his relatable comics.

Same thing. There was a wage freeze, but the VPs all got theirs. I complained to my Boss and before he could say anything I told him, "And don't think some b******t title upgrade is gonna cut it, either". He went to bat for me and I got a 3% increase. Didn't find out until years later that he had it taken out of HIS raise (which was over 10K). Miss that guy.

"I've never taken any drawing lessons," Alexander told Bored Panda. "When I was a student, I used to edit photos for internet shops and the idea of telling something with the help of cartoon drawings came to me about half a year ago. I used to draw "neutral" stories, made a series of pictures and short funny comics about a cartoonish cat. I didn't succeed but got some drawing experience. And then I created Sova the owl, (sova means owl in Russian). It's a satirical webcomic where the office boss makes wrong and sometimes absurd decisions."

"After graduating from university, I had been working in trading companies in a few different positions," the artist explained. "During my career, I was a storekeeper, an assistant, a sales manager, but I spent most of the time working as a purchasing manager. I reached the position of head of the purchasing department. Sometimes I had to use my hands at work but most of the time I worked at the office. Throughout this time, I interacted with a lot of superiors and subordinates. And one day I realized that work relationship in modern companies aren't that smooth. My drawing ideas are based on my personal experience about 90% of the time."

It's similar to a mouse, with larger hind paws and a long tail with a tuft of fur at the end. I believe they live in deserts. If you're a lover of Disney movies, you might know Jake from The Rescuers Down Under. He is a jerboa.

They live in Arabia, Northern Africa and Asia. Some can be found in the Sahara Desert the hottest one . Oh did you Gobi is the Coldest desert.

Don't ever admit you can do something outside of your job description, either. I was trying to impress and ended up being responsible for ordering all the office supplies, in charge of the copiers (4 of them - all with different toners) and programming the phone system. We HAD an office manager - I'd sure like to know what the hell HER job was.

Don't ever, ever give in and buy your own work equipment (mouse, monitor, etc.) Once enough of us do that, it's all over and that will become the expectation. If your employers want you to be productive, they should give you the tools to do so. (I'm a software developer and they won't even spring for the $25 for a programmable mouse that would save me a minimum of 15 minutes a day.)

I bought most of my equipment for the law office where I worked as a paralegal. When I retired, it created a bit of a problem for them when I not only deleted all my software from the computer, but also took my ergo keyboard, trackball, second monitor, video card, extra RAM, chair, reference library and the water cooler. I bought them when the office wouldn't because it made work and life a lot easier for me.

it is sadly true... the more you do, the more they expect from you. the less you do, the less they will ask you to do.
"I feel inspired when I read new comments under my work. Such words as 'I've experienced the same in my previous job' or 'Me and my boss are in the same situation' mean a lot to me. These comments prove that I wasn't the only one who went through these ridiculous moments. Every form of loneliness is pretty tough. I hope that my readers can find some support in my comics and I hope that they can help them at least a bit."

Only half way through the comics and stopped cause I got so annoyed by the owl. Its bad enough these things actually happen on the work space, I dont need to read comics about it. Sorry.

Poor bunny. Other animals too, but especially the bunny. Except for the owl. The owl can go f*** herself/himself. BTW, in case someone is curious, "sova" means "owl" in croatian (and some related languages).
