Paris Hilton Just Said She And Britney Invented The Selfie, And Here’s 24 Best Reactions From Twitter
Did you know that Paris Hilton invented the selfie way back in 2006? No? Well, neither did we, because it’s not true. At all. Still, that didn’t stop the socialite and hotel heiress from announcing on twitter recently that she was apparently the originator of modern society’s most narcissistic past-time. “11 years ago today, Me and Britney invented the selfie!” she wrote alongside some snaps of her and the pop star posing together. But Twitter was quick to shut her down with various examples of people who got there before her, including Frank Sinatra, Joey and Chandler, Mr Bean, and Paul McCartney. Who did it best?

Poor Paris. The only person that cares about Paris is... Paris. If she valued anything or stood for a cause we wouldn't think she's such a fool.
I doubt it. She's probably stand for something stupid. Or she'd accidentally pick a good cause and make it look fooling by her support. ;)

Hilarious... my co-workers and I took MANY selfies with (mostly my) cameras as far back as 1985. And yes, I still have a lot of photos to prove it. I think a lot of the time we were just too lazy to use the timer. ha ha
I did too. Maybe not in the 80's, but for sure by the 90's. We NEVER even thought of who was the first, we never cared
