Stairs in the upper right corner. She's on a wall. However, I do not think it is completely vertical. I think it is at a slight angle - sloped back a bit making it easier to hang on.

No its not photoshopped. my boyfriend is PT and he told me she actually has mild disformed body...shes real apart from her boobs and lips. I follow her on instagram and have seen videos of her...She is that skinny!

I'm not saying it's healthy or normal look but if you tilt your body a certain way you can make it look like that. If you're a certain level of skinny already. But nevertheless it doesn't look great.
