Nathalie Jomard is a lot of things. She's a French author and illustrator with a master's degree in digital communication and a second diploma in political science, but above all, she's a mom. After having kids, Nathalie started illustrating her everyday life of being a mother and her funny comics are so accurate, it's adorable.

And the operating theatre lives up to its name as a theatre. Add to the usual healthcare team the students and there we are mommies: live educational audio-visual aid for the teaching facility.

And suddenly I'm reminded of that movie about witches with Bruce Willis (with hair) and Meryl Streep.

"My daughter is a nerd. A very, very smart, quiet, and somewhat clumsy girl. She's always reading a book and she's also a scatterbrain just like her mother. My son is a nerd too but in a different way than his sister. He is also very active and turbulent. He can’t stay still. He’s always jumping and running around, and he talks a lot. Really, he can't stop talking. A real chatterbox. He's always inventing something, making funny drawings and talking about them for hours and hours." Nathalie said the two of them are also very curious about everything around them, which is a great inspiration for her parenting comics.

Around 35 I started getting my sun spots/age spots. They're large and plentiful. Makes me wish I had cared about sunscreen before the age of 30.

Me too. When I was a teen I didn't care and got sunburned all the time. Once so badly I had to go to the hospital for treatment. I'm turning 43 at the end of this year and my skin is starting to show the sun damage I did. I'm really regretting that now.

There was a woman I recently met who didn't believe in sunscreen because of the chemicals in them... When I saw their kids at the end of the day, I legit thought about kidnapping them and taking them to a hospital immediately... Some chemicals may be bad, but sunscreen is DEFINITELY not one of the things you should be avoiding.

Now that's something I can support. I can never get a tan- I just get red, then it hurts and then it sheds. Somehow brown doesn't figure in there.

I'm literally 16 and I have like a million freckles/tiny moles all over my arms. Literally I wear 100spf and still get super burned. Honestly, I just hope I don't have to deal with skin related issues when I'm older.

I'm very fair skinned, but this is due to me avoiding the sun as much as possible. I burn really easily and skin cancer is very prevalent in my family, so I try to be safe. The saying too much of a good thing is a bad thing is true, even for the sun.

That’s exactly the story in my family, so I’ve worn sunscreen everyday since I was about fourteen and my Grandma got skin cancer. It was a gift to me though, that she asked me to be proactive, so now that I’m 40, I still have good skin. Plus she recovered and live yo nearly 100!

Yup. Most parents I know, think they're invincible, and don't understand why children won't blindly do what adults refuse to do. They're hardwired with "monkey see, monkey do" mentality.

In the UK a child old enough to move under their own steam won't be able to get their fingers in a socket. The holes are very small and have a protective flap inside that only lifts when the longer pin on the socket is pushed in. They are very safe.

And that's why I have a spare of my sons favourite stuffed animal. When the first was loved to death and lost an eye he was very happy with the spare. I had the original repaired by a friend, who buffed up the body and made an eye patch for it. Then I told my boy the stuffed cat (called miauwtje) went missing for a whole week, but that it now returned as Pirate Miauwtje, and he had a lot of stories to tell. Now my boy tells me tales of the adventures Pirate Miauwtje went through.
