Last week, there was a cat who jumped under my van. It died with my hands on him, whispering: You can let go now. 😭 Two hours later, I finally admitted to myself; it was my own cat: Onyx. ❤️ Rest in peace, little buddy!! 😭 😭 😭
The illustrator Landysh has been drawing since childhood, although her mother didn't approve of her pursuing art studies. Despite never formally studying art, having graduated from a linguistic university instead, Landysh's illustrations are fueled by her passion, determination, and deliberate effort.

It may seem a bit strange that cats who can see a mouse 15 m away cannot see the treat 10 cm in front of them, but that is the way their eyes work. They are really long-sighted.

I think that cats have it easy, because why would you like to live with a cat if not to pamper it?
Landysh said she's wanted to be an artist since she was little, and that dream keeps her going. "I capture small beautiful moments from my life. I think I mostly do it for myself, just to remember or relive certain moments, because from time to time I look through my comics and smile. I also do it for other people. I know for sure some share my comics with each other and it sparkles a conversation and laughs. They remember their own little moments."

Inaccurate, they teleport out of the room while you're still inhaling before the sneeze.
The comics are inspired by the artist's own life experiences. She finds that the best time to brainstorm ideas is just before going to sleep. "I lie thinking about my day and my cats and images come to my mind."

When I got my cat nr. 2 it was because nr. 1 got depressed when nr. 0 died, so I had to do something. Nr. 1's first reaction was to protect his home from the interloper, but now almost 5 years later they sleep side by side. It takes time, but cats don't like to be alone.

Soft can-openers really aren't very bright, bless their hearts.
When asked about the moments she chooses to portray in her comics, the artist responded that she feels she creates them mainly for her own enjoyment. "Maybe sometimes for my friends and family who have seen and know these situations. Trying to predict what your followers or the general public will like is a dead end. Things happen in my life, or I observe things my cats do, for example, and I want to remember them. They are like a big memory book! Additionally, these comics bring laughter to my friends and family, and that's priceless. As for how I choose these moments, there are no particular criteria. These little moments just make me happy."

Our cat as a kitten, approximately 20,000 dollars in damage from wire chewing--one was a temperpedic bed, so yeah. Took to wrapping all wire runs in chicken wire. Worked and she's finally out of that faze. Love the cat though, B***h!
