Since September 2016 I started training and tracking my food. There are some times you feel happy and also there are of course times, where you have to struggle. You are feeling like you losing the patience.
So to keep me motivated, I created the "fitnessunicorn". His job is to make me laugh in some situations in the fitness world, which maybe some of you also experienced.
