Woman Afraid To Leave Her Dog Alone With Dog Sitter Writes Him List Of Rules, And They Go Viral
When Tommy Rivers agreed to look after his auntie’s dog Pepper for a day, the guy was surprised to find out the doggie came with a set of rules. Some of them were so hilarious, it made the whole Internet fall in love with his auntie, and, of course, with Pepper herself!
The note she left was pretty detailed, telling everything – and more – than the nephew needed to know. It starts by stating that Pepper is the prettiest girl in the world, and ends with ‘don’t you hate her cause you ain’t her’. If that wasn’t enough to establish Pepper as the one and only queen of the canine world, the doggie has purple accessories attached to her ears and tail. And, from her cute facial expression, we think she knows just how darn pretty she looks!
The Internet just couldn’t take it and kept asking for updates on the dog. At the end of the day, Tommy posted an adorable photo of Pepper in pyjamas: “you made her really happy and now she’s going to bed.” Some of the folks got so smitten with the dog, they want Pepper as president.

Nothing odd or funny about this... if she had said "Comb him exactly 100x on her left flank and 112x on her right flank, but don't ever let it touch her paw as she has sensitive skin" then maybe yeah it would be kind of funny but this seems like basic instructions.

That doesn't seem excessive at all. This is what to feed the dog, please give the dog affection and exercise and don't yell at the dog. I pet sit all the time and get much for detailed instructions.

I really don't see anything wrong with her short list on how to care for her 'dog'. Animals have come a long way in the last 50-60 years. Training standards have gone from trying to beat the dog in submission to meet our ideas of what they should do and understand..... in the last 30 years we have learned much about how animals process information and that 'human speak' is a secondary language for them. Yes, I am a dog trainer. Whenever I pet sit I want to know the particulars of how to make the dog comfortable and unstressed in her Mom's absence. Get over it cuz animals have become family members and they fur babies are definitely our children. I am the Mom of 1 lab and 2 kitties and I would do the same thing. I am fairly sure her last instruction was tongue in cheek.
