There were lots of hair trends in the past couple of years. From pixelated hair to rainbow pastel hair to galaxy hair, and even ‘merman’ hair – we’ve had it all. They may be cool and all, but some of us are just too shy for these bold hairstyles or simply have a more conservative job… If you’re one of those people, you’ll love this hidden rainbow hair that might become the next big hair trend!
The look was shared by Not Another Salon on Instagram just a couple of days ago with the caption “Hidden rainbows are all the London rage right now. By Carla [Rinaldi]”, and the photo has gone viral since with over 11k likes so far! I must say, it sure looks like Lisa Frank’s coloring supplies were used here.

Share on FacebookI did that about ten years ago. Set it up so I could look professional at work yet be fun other times. My son was twoish, he would run his fingers through my hair saying 'rainbow rainbow' over and over again.
I just wanna say, don't try this yourself! This hair style was so made by an expert!
Right, because that perfectly even part is on-point... /sarcasm/
Load More Replies...This not new! I have long hair and I did my own. It took me a while but I did it. I had people approach me in the street to ask "where did I get it done" it's possible it just takes a lot of time, especially when you have to do the regrowth!
umm...after the first wash all colors mix up. it looks good a short period of time
I usually have 3 or 4 colours in my hair at a time and they have never mixed up.
Load More Replies...Magical. But to be honet I would never do something like that. I can do only clip in hair extensions to make my hair look stronger. And that's enough for me.
what if i dont have very thick hair. because i have fine hair. not super fine, but fine
Really? Been there, done that years ago.... So here we are, everything old is new again.
Mmmm ! I wonder if my hairdresser would be interested in doing this to my hair for the holidays ??
Hey Peeps! Trust me on this, get tracks of the rainbow hair. The upkeep and damage it does is aggravating to say the least (and cost).
this is a little OT but i need a little help with hair dye... i've been dying my hair blue for the last 15 years but i'm unfortunately no longer happy with the dye brand i've been fatihful to so far. any suggestion on a nice blue dye which won't fade after three showers? the one in the pictures above looks pretty terrific. ideas? thanks <3
I have myself blue hair and i think you should try Otowil (Azul Español Profundo) which is an argentinian hair dye (this is a deep color, kind of dark but you can still see it's blue without a great ilumination), or maybe Rebel Glow (Galaxy) (this is a little more vibrant, like an electric blue and you can see it's blue from miles away). These work really well for me, I mean, they won't last like a month or so, but maybe 2 or 3 weeks washing your hair every other day.
