I have multiple bad memories so what's yours?

One of the worst memories of my life is finding out that my parents did drugs. Lucky, I was adopted into a good family and stayed far away from drugs.
My worst moment came after I passed out due to high glucose. It was Wednesday afternoon and I lay on the couch to nap and listen to the court shows. I woke up ~36 hours later in a hospital bed. I’ve been told I was aggressively trying to remove my IVs and other leads/tubing during that blank period, so I had to be restrained. So from my perspective, I woke up in a hospital with no clue how I got there (or even where I was at first), my wrists bound to bed rails, a tube down my throat, and my glasses removed. Unable to see, talk, or move very much, it’s the most helpless and afraid I’ve ever felt in my life. Adding insult to injury, my call button was left out of my reach; When I felt a bathroom urge coming on, I couldn’t call a nurse for help, or yell for someone, and I tried to hold it until they came to check on me. I didn’t make it, and ended up laying in my own mess until the nurse did happen to come in and found me that way, crying to myself in shame
