The Blarney Stone is in Country Cork, Ireland. Never been myself. I was in Dublin for a long weekend while I was living in the UK in 1998-ish. Been a long time. My mom went to tour Ireland about six years ago, and Cork was her favorite place, though she's not one for kissing stones and so didn't go to Blarney Castle. Ireland's a country I'd love to know better. Why don't the locals like it? Or is it because the tourists do?
I have eaten many exotic foods in my current country, including pork belly, snout & brain, duck liver, chicken feet & intestine, rabbit, rodent, yak, yak & buffalo milk, frog body, chicken noodle-carpenter ant soup, eel, shredded-candied pork floss, sea sponge, and grilled starfish. Lots of rice and noodles too. I can show you some photos

Ugh, so much US bashing. I'm not saying we're good by any means, but we're not as terrible as just: GUNS BEER FREEDOM. Not many of us think like that, but the ones that do are just much louder.
Well to be fair about 70 million Americans think like that. This is larger than the population of many countries. But Americans are not uniquely ignorant in this way. Any country exposed to similar levels of propaganda have this issue. Whether it was the UK leave movement, my people under Bolsonaro, the Russians under Putin, or to it's extreme the North Koreans. The more büllshít you eat, the dumber you get.
