Christian Louboutin once remarked that "strangely enough, I think that shoe designs are a communication tool between people." Though some of us don't think twice about what we throw on our feet every day, it might be telling stories about us that only others can see. One retail employee, who goes by the username Ghostify on Imgur, was recently bored at work and decided to draft up a handy guide on what 20 different types of shoes say about those who wear them - and the funny descriptions turned out to be more hilarious than anyone could have prepared for. If you're also bored at work right now, these cool photos and funny texts accompanying them might get you through the rest of your long, tedious day. Scroll down to enjoy the life and times of everyone's favorite footwear, and let us know if any of these profiles match you and your shoes!

I guess some people need more than only one finger =D

I would like to meet Simeon. He seems like a promise of a very fun and exciting weekend.
Lol my boyfriend has shoes pretty similar to this. Pretty spot on minus the scarves and being tall.
Omg, that last sentence is hilarious if you think about her character!
She also has an unhealthy addiction to StarBucks and selfies >:)
Must be a southern thing, I called my father 'daddy' till the day he died 3 years ago, I was 24 at the time. No shame and I don't see the problem.
Tall, slim, long dark hair, stocking cap, long-sleeved figure-hugging white sweater. Skinny jeans tucked into the tops of the boots.
I wear Uggs all the time. I am obese 42 and I stopped calling my father "Daddy" when I was 10.
Yes. Has long, dark hair. Wears long-sleeved turtleneck sweaters and bottoms with the hem always tucked into those boots. Might also wear a stocking cap.
Omg ! That's how I thought she would be ! How did you get the fact same idea ?
Load More Replies...But the golden retriever IS family. All dogs are family to their people. ❤❤❤
What he didn't say is that Carter uses these... with socks... on summer 😰
My husband wears a black version of these.; looks like I'll have to keep the ice cream hidden when we become grandparents. He does like a good dad-joke though.
I know literally dozens of fisherman that wear these.
Load More Replies...My dad has those shoes and that describes him to a tee, except the grand kids and subtract 7 years
I had to double take on this one. I reading Fishing with a "T" instead of an "H"...
Which mom would let her eight-year old buy these :) and they are not children's sizes. I'm thinking someone with piercings and tats and spiky dyed hair :)
The people you're thinking of would not be caught dead in these.
Load More Replies...Those shoes are SO UGLY. They look like a large sticking plaster.
Uncomfortable too. But might be accurate once you think about it, it's hard to fall forward shoes like these.
Load More Replies...We're capable of 3 inch heels. Clearly, you underestimate us.
Load More Replies...If you meet her, run. Run like the wind. She'll never shut up about how superior her life is with all of the running around she does to avoid being alone with her thoughts, frightened that she'll hear the ocean in her head and nothing else. She sincerely believes that no one should EVER just spend time reading a book or painting, so she'll be on the phone morning until night, texting you about her "wonderful" experiences cleaning monkey cages and having sexual fantasies about her pastor.
Anyone wearing these shoes in a movie would be all of the above and secretly gay.
does she make more money as a business woman or a dominatrix? also, I understand by day, men interrupt her and talk over her all the time; by night, they behave.
*ashamedly walks away, realising that I am the only one here who likes his steak well done*
Load More Replies...That description, except change the age to 37 - 45, fits at least 4 guys in my neighborhood; all of whom wear camo crocs and think they are the s**t with their cheap beer and Marlboro reds.
Load More Replies...As someone who attends high school in North Carolina, I can say this is mostly accurate. The bully part is not necessarily true though, most of these guys are pretty harmless, and some of them are actually nice if you get to know them.
Nah, those are like clog-style.. Maybe something with heel support, especially if they're as wild as this caption makes them seem haha
Oh no... live in the south. See this kid on the local news like EVERY day. He scares me.
Yup, some of them. Two of my friends and my grandpa wear their pairs from time to time. ;)
Load More Replies...Ahhh, no fair, my 12 year old loves crocs because they're easy on his sensory issues. ;)
Even though I know a person who was grandma at 33*, that's waaaaay to young... *both she and her daughter delivered their first borns before seventeen...
The age is possible. I knew a girl at school a few years back who's mom was 39 at the time and who had her first child at 13 and second at 17. They were both adults and in the military at this time. I think the age 37 might have been chosen on purpose to indicate she was a young mom. On the other hand it could also have just been an oversight.
Nah these would be for a college sophomore who wears a just-rolled-out-of-bed outfit to class paired with perfect hair and a full face of makeup.
Makes me think of that young college redheaded girl's personality in Six Feet Under that played on HBO haha! Pretty spot on, man! lmao
these dont look like drama nerd shoes to me....but then again she doesnt sound like one.
Yup.. these are the shoes typically worn by the kids of well-connected families in college.
Poor woman, married at 8 yo? No wonder she hates the (possible) pedophile...
Nah. This one is trying too hard to make a joke to be accurate. I've seen girls in their 20's wearing these to work.
Of course she loathes her husband. Child bride deals rarely turn out well.
And plays an instrument in the band at school which she thinks is cool
Load More Replies...I'm torn between finding this amusing and being annoyed by what's basically just glorified stereotyping based on shoes. Or maybe it's just to early and I need to look at it again when I'm better caffeinated.
His next move? Comparing his own descriptions to the clients who buy the shoes in order to see if they were accurate. ;)
You have succesfully escaped the Matrix. You must go on a quest and free the rest of captive humanity.
