They have done this to the forest where I live. There was once acres and acres of beautiful trees and they just spent weeks felling trees. Now there's nothing but scarred land. It's horrible.

If disposed of properly this isn't as big of an issue as fossil fuels and their corresponding pollution. I know wind power and solar power are better options for the environment, but we may need nuclear for a while.

This is sure to be an unpopular opinion, but anybody else notice that most Bored Panda posts are environmental, lgbtq+, or abused animals? I support all of these causes, but I just feel like I've seen it all already.

Those are depressing, hearbreaking and made me feel absolutely helpless. I endlessly repeat to my husband seeing such things, that (not trying to offend anyone, but) the human race is absolutely awful and should be exterminated. I have a feeling that for each good thing done there are 5 bad things we do ;(
