How are they put together? I believe these succulents are grounded, so are there very tiny plant pots or maybe you somehow managed to put them in the soil without it? I am really curious now. And, nevermind how you did this, it looks very impressive and creative. I like it very much.

That's amazing! It must be hard to keep due to having to turn it constantly to allow the succulents to get constant sunlight, but the idea is neat. Those will probably last until after Christmas!

This may be my favorite one so far, for multiple reasons. It has a bluish-green hue to it before lit, and looks amazing when shining! It’s a great use of plastic as well by taking something already used for a tree rather than creating more. Much love for this!!

Where is the light source? It must be off camera under the rings, but its a bit disconcerting to see what appear to be downward lit concentric rings with shadows above them.... Cool effect.

Me and my roomate do this each year and put an old footstool in the middle with the kitty's bed on it. She curls up underneathe and sometimes climbs to the top of the ladder and acts like sort of a kitty star. We've taken to calling it the catmas tree ladder or catmas ladder even.

Not just choking but linear intestinal impaction. If they eat the garland the string in the middle could very well saw through the intestine and cause sepsis. It always amazes me how many people are fine with letting their pets be around things that may cause an impaction. If the pet doesn't die you will at least put it through an unnecessary surgery and painful recovery, not to mention the vet bills. Sorry to ruin the fun, but you won't be having any when you're burying your pet!

Mine too is a good girl. She mostly just ignores it every year unless it's in her way while we're putting it up or decorating; then she does her best to avoid it and to stay out of the way, in most cases by escaping outside until we're done.

Use a water bottle to sacre it. When mine was a kitten, I caught her up in the middle of the tree before I even put lights on. I squirted her with the water bottle, never saw a cat run so fast. She is 2 now & she just sleeps under it, she doesn't bother the tree at all.

When I was little, my dad who was divorced from my mom, couldnt afford a tree one year, so he cut one out of wrapping paper and taped it to the wall. To me it was the greatest thing in the world. Fast forward to my 20s, living alone with my cat and broke. I did the same that Christmas, even made a paper Angel. Again, it was one if my favorite trees ever.

Not sure if this counts as a cool Christmas tree, but my Christmas tree is black. It has red lights and only red lights. And it has white, clear, and red ornaments! Oh.... There is also a pentagram as the star. I'm being serious, this is my tree theme this year and im proud of it! My family actually came up with the idea.
