As an Aussie living in the UK I have to let you know that you don't see them that often because they are nocturnal. About as often as you would see an echidna which are Australian hedgehogs. Also normally people peacetime alone because they are wild animals, not pets. Terribly cute though.

This was my first hedgehog Boru and my first Shiba Toby. Sadly both pets have passed now, but I have a new Shiba Tama and a new hedgehog Maru. Hopefully I can get some good pics of them together. Right now this is about as close as I can get them IMG_1597-6...37057f.jpg

Pygmys come out day and night they get in a routine of which ever way owner foes things my boy baths in day time and occasionally comes out in day for photos and cuddles but our usual cuddle and play is 7-10 at night then he's on his wheel eating and messing up his house from 10-5/6 them sleeps again till 7!!!! Xx
