Artist Creates Adorable Images Of Dressed-Up Animals With References To Star Wars, The Hobbit And More (44 Pics)
We would be surprised to know if there's someone who hasn't experienced the magic of artificial intelligence. It is gradually establishing itself in our daily lives, affecting every sphere possible, including art. Many people have become spellbound by the number of possibilities that machines can give us. It has resulted in new artists emerging every day.
Today, it's easier than ever to become a creator and release your work into the vast waters of the internet. However, despite all the joy that AI-generated images provide, they also get a lot of criticism coming from people that are skeptical of this form of art. Can they really be considered art? And can a person that creates those images be called an artist? For all we know, artificial intelligence has completely changed the perception of many things, so maybe we should just let ourselves be entertained by all the new artwork floating our way.
On that note, we want to share the work of AI artist Dylan. With the help of Midjourney and Photoshop, he creates adorable portraits of animals wearing clothes. From a Jedi cat to an astronaut pup, Dylan manages to get that "awww" with every image. Scroll down for some cuteness!

What's interesting about Dylan's creations is that one can find allusions to characters from popular series or cartoons in some of the images. We managed to spot references to Star Wars, The Hobbit, Lord of the Rings and more. Did you notice anything familiar?

PLOT TWIST: Anakin is actually a cat who waited his entire life to finally take over the world (because that's just what cats do) and he laughs maniacal while slaughtering the puppies.

Makes me think of Norse mythology! The Norse relied on goats for wool, meat, milk, transportation and landscaping among other things so goats played a very special role in their mythology in particular I remember a story about Thor he. Had two goats that pulled his chariot and they always came back to life after they were killed so he would kill and eat them for food every day.

The title is misleading. I feel it's inaccurate to describe people who utilize AI to generate art as "artists."

As an artist, I don;t think people who utilize AI to generate pics should be considered "artists." Being an artist takes so much work and practice and soul, all of which are not in an AI generated photo. It's disheartening to see that people think just anyone with an AI program can be considered an artist when they didn't personally put all the work in.

Cute, but some of the eyes and hands needed more fixing. Using a "hands in pocket" prompt repeatedly just makes it stand out more. It's getting better but they ironically stick out like a sore thumb. Still they came out very adorable overall.
