Have you ever thought that yoga could be inspired by animals? Even some poses named like “upward facing dog pose” or ” cat pose” prove this.
Even if most of us have heard about yoga and its tremendous benefits for body and mind, just a small percent of us chose to practice it. And what way to learn some basic yoga poses can be more attractive than adding some cute animals in the equation?

My kittens do the 'Child Pose' all the time! It's weird seeing a polar bear do it though... xD
They also do the 'Bend To Right Leg Pose', 'Knees, Chest and Chin Pose' and of course the 'Cat Pose'. :P
