I Decorated My Parents House For Halloween...
This is awesome... but kinda hard to believe. If it's real, you are totally awesome

Just A Pallet, Red Light, And Fake Hands
It's going to be a cold day in Hell when Satan starts saving people.

The Pumpkin House In Kenova, West Virginia
I live here! People from the community volunteer to help carve the pumpkins and set it up. It's really awesome. They have music and the pumpkins light up with it and different things like that. Its a lot of fun
Load More Replies...This is my family there. https://imgur.com/gallery/RMrW3UX Most people in our town go every year. It's been a tradition for as long as I can remember. People and kids from the community volunteer and carve the pumpkins. And It's not just pumpkins sitting there. They do a whole show with them and have themed areas. And there are vendors and good food all down the street. It's a lot of fun!
It takes a town to carve all these then another to line them up, this is so cool!
We have something like this where I live, but it's in a park and you walk along a very long path looking at all the pumpkins people brought ahead of time. Its so cool how creative some can get...they sometimes make big "science project" sized displays, its great! This is really beautiful though, it really lights up the place!
UFO Crash
and, of course, it happens when drunken Santa Claus did a test with his new deer and did not see the UFO coming directly from him ...
Weren't the police called on this one or one like it where there is also a small fake plane crash next to it and people freaked out...however after seeing the projection one this is nothing lol
My Neighbor’s Halloween Display
well now we know what to do if pumpkins take over!RUN THEM OVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Grim
doesn't look too hard to make. Some PVC pipe, black paper to wind around it, some rope and go to town. The hard part was the concept and that was done for you.

Sheesh. Need to hire a contractor to assemble and disassemble this impressive fake house.
They can also already now put up the christmas decorations and when they're ready and halloween is over just put down the halloween front and they're ready for christmas. It also looks like a nice place to hide and helps against nosy neighbors (maybe at least a little bit)

They have an issue with everything. They dictate what you're allowed to use from the color of paint, types of trees, what you display street side. Owners associations are the worst.

What a talented guy. Also love the kid standing there in awe of the decorations, thats what its all about. Great pic.
Yeah, does he fold them up somehow and keep them for next year? The house looks big but I'm not sure there's enough space in the garage for all of that, even folded.

Money Is A Bit Tight Right Now So I Made Some Homemade Halloween Decorations. Turned Out Pretty Good, I Think
Simple and effective! Best idea ever cause it's so easy to recreate by us mere mortals :D
I like them a lot, these could be taken as an inspiration by someone who has not much possibilities or fantasy
This Walking Dead Display
This is fantastic. Ugh, these people make me feel like I dont try enough in left lol.
My Sister Thought It Would Be Funny To Put This In The Sewer In Front Of Her House
When the remake of IT came out last year, several cities reported people actually doing this--attaching red balloons to random sewer grates. Wish I had thought of it first.
This House With Full-Size Pirate Ship Decoration
I lived in the house directly behind this one!!... the cannon would go off every half an hour or so and drive me NUTS lol!
Makes you wonder where they stash all these decorations when it's NOT Halloween :D
Spooky Pumpkin
In my town, there is someone who displays giant pumpkins every year in front of their house. (I wish I had a picture)

That's One Heck Of A Complex Halloween Decoration
When did Halloween get so gruesome? Creepy is fun, this is disgusting.
This is disturbing that you would want this in your front yard, even if it IS Halloween.
i feel bad for the little kids that looks like it came strait out of a phycos mind
It’s pretty clear parents need to be responsible for where they take their kids.
I am never letting my little sister go trick or treating again!! That did it!!
My Neighbors Have Nuns
I went to a convent school, nuns are terrifying without the added effects!
Local Halloween Decoration That Prompted A 911 Call
Bet the Police HATE Halloween!!. Still - would be the perfect night to commit a grisly crime in public and get away with it.
Wonder if people ever get charged with "wasting Police time" at Halloween?
Load More Replies...I don't think Halloween was ever meant to be this gruesome. Downvote. And 911 call was a no-brainer.
The Zombie Garage

Our Front Window Display
Leatherface, Saw, Chucky, Jason, Michael Myers, Freddy Kreuger, Pennywise. Quite the array.

When I was 11 yo, I went to Madame Tussauds (London) and I remember a gloomy part with ghost kids (died during the Plague I think ) dancing in circle. I don't know if this still exist that way, but looking at this pic,I still perfectly remember the scene after 25 years ;p

The View From The Street By My Kitchen Window. My Daughter Says That The Kids In The Neighborhood Call Our Place "The Murder House"
Imagine going to get a drink in the middle of the night and forgetting he's there.
He's Been Waiting For You
Best way to do this is set it up a day or two before with a dummy, then after dark, put on the costume yourself and wait for the kids to walk by. Scares the heck out of them
I love Michael Myers mask decorations because you can never really tell if it's a person or a dummy. Super creepy!
Snake Wreath By My Fiancé
People can do that on a smaller scale. It wouldn't be the same but if you only have a smaller space.
Game Of Thrones Halloween Display
Cool but where in the hell do you find a horse skeleton? Just wondering, I don't really need one.
Brewing
Zombie witches are a new combo for me. Are they boiling an elixir to rejuvenate rotting flesh?

I want this... fandom mixing included but with more weird crossover... I suggest a regenerating hand in a weird water filled container that moves and perhaps a few angels surrounding a Tardis. All the coloured Daleks with opposite house HP colours. I'm not biased at all ;) I just think it would be awesome.
UFO Invasion At Area 51

How do people sleep with this outside of their house? We have a SCARECROW in our front yard "Not scary AT ALL" and so many times I have almost mentally died while just walking past the window!
I hate spiders, but assembled one of those wooden kit ones...scared me every time I went in the kitchen...so I painted it black...made it worse...had to give it away...

Where do people store this stuff all year? I barely have enough closet room for my clothes and shoes at my house?!?!?
Not only space, but how do they have so much money? Or if it's homemade, the time?

Look up Tilson street, it's where I grew up and the whole street goes ALL out. Very cool.

There used to be a DJ who lived a block or two away from us who would occasionally put up a flying saucer with music, lights and smoke coming out of it, complete with some aliens. It was awesome. Once while in middle school, it had a Bill Clinton theme. Two aliens were standing with a dissected Bill Clinton and there were signs outside reading "Take my wife, please!" "Monica, Help!" and "Why me? Al's the one who created the X-files." Unfortunately, a few weeks before Halloween fell that year, there was a huge storm and it took down the entire spaceship--leaving nothing but wood splinters. It never got repaired that year in time for Halloween. I miss that flying saucer. It was awesome.
Yes. It's not a federal holiday, so people don't get the day off, but towns typically set dates and times for trick or treating, and some hold events and dances. Salem, Massachusetts, where the Salem Witch Trials occurred is especially popular during the month of October.
