When my brother and mother came to visit, I was convinced that the group had m******d them when they left and was convinced the staff would opt to cut me up into pieces as punishment for me being a pain to the group's agenda. I only started to snap out of it when my brother and mother came back repeatedly, though I was sure the group was doing it to let me dread them eventually k*****g them for a while. This state of paranoia and hallucination lasted for days. Days of weighing the merits of s*****e compared to the painful death the group had in store. Worst hospital experience I've ever had. The morale of the story is please turn off the TV if your patient is tripping balls.

I see a lot of these being people waking up from sedatives or coming down from pain killers and envy them. I had a visit to intensive care this october where I was unconscious for 10 days (complete with atrophy. Still can't walk as as steadily as I once could). When I finally woke up, I was on so many pain killers that I had symptoms I can only describe as schizophrenic. I was convinced the hospital was keeping me hostage by a rogue group of staff that purposely kept patients longer than needed to wrack up bills and would then k**l the patient and write it off as complications to cover their tracks. This came complete with hallucinations that the TV was giving them coded messages to direct them. They were generally thinly veiled messages that would only be interpreted correctly given proper context. On multiple occasions I 'witnessed' them shoot staff that weren't in the group that became inconvenient. I was also convinced this hospital was somewhere in the middle east.

I mean, you're not wrong that many white descents share aspects (Even more so in the modern era), but your example of ethnicities not being different is a really bad one. There are heavy differences between traditional behavior of those three descents. It would be considered horribly racist if you had made this point with Asian descents. There are differences even if people on the outside have trouble seeing them. Treating them as one big group ignores the differences that are there just to conveniently simplify their descent, which isn't really a good thing.

They recorded what you didn't even post) into your message boxes and reviewing them to help understand 'self-censorship' They will make use of the first available loop-hole at their disposal to use monitoring diagnostics for 'research' purposes.

Honestly, these types of people (the ones that post this) are the grossest. I had several male friends that would have dog-piled on this. I just don't understand it. Your partner HAS had s*x before (likely, but not always). This shouldn't come as a surprise. (Most) Humans like s*x, it's just kind how we're wired. It's weirder that we deny ourselves of it than that we would indulge in it.

Why would you even pay for the repairs, though? You can get ridiculous amounts of ram for relatively cheap. The only exception is if you're buying like, maximum levels of ram per stick. I recall 64gb ram sticks were expensive back when I put together but like anything less you could get for 20-40. I can't even imagine the work to rep- well, I suppose if it really was just the capacitors sheered off the board, maybe? But putting components back on a modern circuit still isn't exactly easy or cheap.

For the less savvy, a runaway thermal event looks a lot like an explosion. I learned this with from boiling the little beads that come inside of those first-aid cold compress packets. What happens is the energy caused by the heating up of a given pocket of the chemical provides energy to heat up the other pockets, causing them to react and- you get the idea. Chain reaction. I got off with a flame pillar and very broken boiling flask. (That was thankfully wrapped in insulation material, which prevented it from becoming shrapnel) Best not to tempt fate when it comes to the possibility of it for batteries in electronics.

It's all about context - neither of the images is in itself offensive, both could be if used in certain ways, although TBH I think the right-hand one is in itself slightly more offensive, it's inherently stereotyping, the "Indian" on its own doesn't really say anything (to me) EDIT: I didn't realise but it seems to be related to some sports teams, and recent controversies about changing their logo, which gives the context I thought was lacking.

Speaking of a person whose father was of Irish-American descent, "Irish" is more-or-less a dead racial category in the United States. The last barriers to Irish achievement in Boston fell in the seventies, when traditional law firms started hiring Irish associates. Most others fell long before that. Whiteness is pretty monolithic, functionally speaking. Being of Greek descent is hardly different from being from being of Anglo descent is hardly different from being of Russian descent.

Whether or not a swollen lithium cell goes kaboom depends a lot on whether or not there is charge in it - because an overheated/overcharged cell can swell up and when it does, well, you've seen the burning Tesla video right? This is primarily because it's an exothermic reaction which leads to a runaway thermal event and, well, burning batteries are not something easily dealt with due to the self-generated heat and plentiful stored energy. However, due to chemical imbalances, a completely dead cell can also swell up as a sort of last gasp. It's unlikely to go kablooey (one I had just ruptured and spat out some gunk when I dropped a 15kg rock on it), but even so you should treat them with caution (and never ever drop heavy rocks on them) because the stuff inside is *nasty*.

Al Gehbruh: it's possible to install standard MS Windows on some Macs. Obsolete Macs with Intel CPUs can do so without trouble. "Apple Silicon" Macs can do the job but with limitations and at high cost. It's like this: Macs started out with Motorola 68k series CPUs, went to Motorola/IBM PowerPC CPUs, switched to Intel for a bit, and now they've got ARM CPUs. Prior to Macs getting Intel CPUs, it took CPU/system emulation to run MS-DOS or MS Windows. Now?
