An employee's personal life is no business of their employer unless it is interfering with their job or job performance. Some people should not be in a position of power take our former president for instance. People like that want everyone to do exactly what they say or else they'll be fired. It's all a power play to show people who's in charge. But when the shoes on the other foot they expect you to care & be understanding about their situation. I applaud this employee for sticking to their guns & he must be a good person for all the other employees to follow him in solidarity & quit their job as well. There's a lot of companies that need good employees to fill positions & are willing to work with you on your particular needs & are understanding of the fact that we all have families & sometimes need to take time off or for emergencies. Those are the people you want to work for. It may take time but I know you will be rewarded someday for your good work & ethics. Best of luck to you.

We had a cat who has passed away & there was a grease fire on our stove from a pizza box. Alice alerted us to follow her to the kitchen where the fire was. We love our fur & featherkids. Merry Christmas Happy new year to you all & to all the brave pets out there

We have 14 cats all indoors & a few summers ago there was a bear walking up our doorway to get a little lunch from our bird feeder. When they saw him/her coming they all ran to us with such a terrified look on their faces & they were glad to be inside the house. We went out to the back deck where we could safely watch the bear eating for about half an hour. It was amazing. They always alert us when someone or something who doesn't belong there are coming. Cats & dogs are the best. So glad the family is safe & sound thanks to your awesome dog. ❤️💋🙏😻🌹🎄
