There's a certain ironic element to reading comics about everyday life to escape one's own. Sometimes comics are so similar to what we experience day to day that there's literally only one difference, one being real and the other one fictional. And still, we flock to read all about it to kill some of our own time.
But it's all good fun. The Warheads comics are about the misadventures of their two characters Jim and Brian and their daily lives. Here, some things carry on for more than 4 panels and spill out into other narratives, the characters are lively and active, and have their own life, in a sense.

I mean, I would also want someone to quiet down a tad if they where bashing someone’s face into my seat during a movie
Load More Replies...The story follows Jim and Brian, two completely different opposites of the spectrum. Neither one is the other's sidekick, they just like to hang out together, apparently, and have their own little misadventures. Sometimes they meet just by accident, and sometimes they have a situation that arcs over a few comics.
That's very close to how I met my now-husband, although it was in a bar, not on a train...
And a care bear! He cares to eat this guy for lunch but also cares about respecting the guy's privacy, so he's gonna wait and come back later because now he cares to have the dude for dinner! 😂😆

This, totally this, every time I see some passive aggressive note on someone else's bad parking I think "You don't know, unless you were right there when they parked, YOU.DON'T.KNOW!"
Unless they are deliberately parked directly in the center of 4+ spots or parked across spots instead of in them (perpendicular to the lines).
Load More Replies...aka civilisation, where having an SUV would be embarrassing.
Load More Replies...When the parking lot is all snowy so people just park by other cars and then the snow melts and it looks like no one can park in the lines...
The blue SUV had to park like that because there was a car parked wrong in the space next to it.
Lucky. Instead of getting notes I come back to those long scratches clearly made by a key or bangs from a car door.
This is why ill be parking in the back. My maneuverability is pretty bad right now and i dont wanna bother anyone. Walking more is fine its good foe me and i dont have to deal with ignorant passive agression
I have several demons I share space with. If I had wasted their potential on housework when a juicy terrorization was on the ticket....I doubt they would keep talking to me. Smh
Jim is seemingly armless, but what he lacks in arms he repays in words. He's often irritated, snappy, and cynical, but deep inside, I believe he became so because he got mad at the Creator (a metaphor for its artist) for not giving him any visually interesting features.
Brian is a pretty chill dude that seems to attract bad luck. He's a nice guy. Nothing ever seems to go right for him, he doesn't appear as the hero of the comic though he actually is, which is why many people find him more relatable than Jim.
I wish these were in order chronologically, (its still funny though. I feel bad for chad...)
I think they actually are in chronological order, and that Jim is just being a d**k.
Hahahaaaa! I can only assume Laura is Jim's ex. ? That's hilarious! 🐟😂
I can hear it in a slow, deepish(maybe some sarcasm) voice in the last panel.
Still lmao. I had a guy steal my girl and oh how I would have loved to do him in
What these comics lack in output they compensate in their narrative. The stories may go on for more than a few strips and remain perfectly contained within the boundaries of a single comic strip. It makes for sustainably punchy story that may go on forever without losing it's edge.
That newspaper article is funny as hell. I had to zoom in on it but it's cute
After reading that article, I feel like asking people "what did the fox say?"
Load More Replies...The gibbersih they used reminds me of he song " what does the fox say"
that's exactly what is in the lyrics, dude!!!!!!
Load More Replies...The last bit are the sounds they make in "what does the fox say" lolol
I'm crying right now, y'all have GOT TO read that newspaper article! 😂😂😂😂😂💀
The newspaper article is hilarious 😂 pretty sure those are the lyrics to "What does the fox say" at the end lol
This one is hilarious. I mean, they're all comical, but at this stage we're really getting to know how cynical (for good reason) Jim is, so, his attitude in this one is pretty funny.
Brian escalates waaaay too fast. Don't think Brian likes Jim too much..at all!
I do this. The person just stared at me like they were gonna shoot laser beams out of their eyes and turn me into ash. People were staring too. They said "thanks" and walked away all angry like. Lol. Every happen to you?
Dude i wouldnt feel bad bput dat...if i was the person who'd forgot i would prob apologize 3000 times
Load More Replies...I don't expect anyone to say thank you for just holding a door they could have gotten themselves.
Load More Replies...Lol when it's no longer a "you're welcome" & turns into a big "F*** You!"
If I hold the door open and someone doesn’t say thank you once I’m inside I just mutter “b***h” to myself💀
It's not polight to expect a response from a person who never attempted to engage with you to begin with.
It is however polite to extend a thank you to someone who does you a courtesy

Totally didn't see that but it's kind of like the old neversoft logo
Load More Replies...This one is confusing, TBH, I don’t get it. Why does the woman who was talking now look like Jim?? Edit: Never mind, reading the next comic strip explained it for me.
hey my name is lucy and im blind in one eye have brown hair what a coincidence
That's life sometimes it's just takes you picks you up and spits you out again
I know this wasn't meant to be literal, but my first few years of concerts, crowdsurfing was the norm. There was a route we would all take to get back in the crowd. I don't even know when it started. Suddenly it wasn't allowed at most venues, so you just got kicked out of the show, even if you had no idea this was no longer okay. I miss those original days at shows.
I heard genies are the next alternative fuel source. they burn nice...
Load More Replies...We haven't heard from any "creators" for over 2000 years but people still eagerly await their return
Pretty sure that any creator will turn up, see what humans have done to the planet and really lose it.

Kids can be taller than their parents. Such a heightest thing to say. 😛

Unfortunately low-fat products usually add more sugar to replace the fat. Dessert is dessert no matter how you slice it
I didn't know that, but now I know!(I upvoted so others could know!)

We've been together for almost 20 years after meeting online with Yahoo! Singles back in 2003! married for almost 14; it worked even better than I had any right hoping for!

Meeting online I think is preferable. You can get the sneakiness out that you can't in person right away, you get to actually know each other first. Everyone always judged me for my weight and height, and because of that, it was always a mountain I'd never be able to climb. But online, I was typically first choice, because I try my damnedest to be kind, patient, and understanding.
I tend to see the opposite experience where people looking to date are nice online but flip the script when meeting in person. It's probably a much bigger issue on dating apps though.

This entire comment section for this comic is really something else. Sensitive hypocrites and worthless opinions i wish i could hide. Idk maybe add that feature borde panda for registered users to just enjoy the content?
Very original and fun comic. I look forward to seeing more misadventures of Jim and Brian.
These comics are amazing. It's like you went, "Fourth wall? Never heard of it."
Yeah they always get that way due to upvotes and down votes.
