The Lunarbaboon webcomic, whose funny and touching parenting comics we've written about before, also happens to have a whole brilliant set of comics about cats and their mysterious ways. As always, artist Chris Grady's work strikes a fine balance between silly humor and touching meaningfulness.
Grady is currently offering his latest annual anthology, but you'll have to contribute to his Kickstarter to get it!

My old cats used to snuggle up with my kids when they were babies and never woke them up, BUT if you were sitting in one of the armchairs or the settee they would soon come and shuffle their way in so you ended up on the floor, everything belonged to the cats they thought.
It is sad and cheerful at the same time. The kitty was taken from her/his mother, but she/he got a good home. I hope other kittens, and the mother found their home too. I'm melting becouse of a comic, yes, but i love cats, and other animals.
The animal rescue guy had 2 carriers, so hopefully the idea is that he took them all in. What I find more sad is the adopter getting annoyed when the cat shows affection. The only time I ever fail to respond is when I'm working (I often work from home, so if I'm on a call, I can't play with the cat until I hang up) - but even then, I never get mad at the cat for being a cat. Usually whichever one it is (I have 2 rescued kitties) will just settle in on my lap or something, and I will make up for it by giving them the affection they wanted as soon as I'm off the call. If a person doesn't have patience for their pet, then don't get one. They need our love and our willingness to understand them - not more rejection.

Most of them were cute...but there were also a couple that made out that the humans were super cruel to the cat. That sort of thing really gets to me, so sorry I'm not so into this.
