This Blind Kitty Found On The Street Has Eyes No One Could Resist
When Sandra Coudray saw a photo of Jasmine, a blind chimera looking cat, on Association Adoption Feline Facebook page, she stole the French girl’s heart right away. The stray kitty was malnourished and scared of people, however, all it took was a little bit of love for her to believe in humans again. Now, the stunning calico cat loves kisses and cuddles and is very attached to her human mom Coudray.
“I immediately wanted to adopt her knowing that she was blind as I previously lived with a cat who had become blind with age,” Coudray explained to LoveMeow. “Last time I went to Normandy for a few days to see my family and left her in the care of my brother. She waited for me on my bed most of the day every day. Now she can not do without us, and we can’t do without her. She brings us so much joy and love.”

Jasmine, the blind stray cat, was found wandering all confused and scared in the streets of France
The poor kitty was taken to an animal shelter
“She stole my heart right at that instant,” said Coudray after seeing Jasmine on Facebook
“The foster family explained that she was blind, but to me she is no less than any other cats”
“I immediately wanted to adopt her…as I previously lived with a cat who had become blind with age”
Malnutrition might have caused her blindness, she was scared of people and other animals

This adorable kitty really deserved the loving and caring owner she got
A wonderful story. I had a blind cat for 8 years, until she died two weeks ago. I am devastated. If anybody knows of any blind kittens available for adoption, then please let me know. john@johnbeasley.com
She is just Sooo adorable!!!! ???????? I would have adopted her too.❤❤
I have a calico who looks just like her. She saved my life. Never underestimate a calico. They're special.
I used to have a blind cat. He hid it so well that we didn't even discover it until he was about five years old. I'd rearranged the bedroom, and he came charging down the hall and jumped up where the bed used to be. Found out a few weeks later during a routine veterinarian visit that his retinas never developed and he'd been blind since birth. He lived to be almost twenty and never let it slow him down.
They are adorable, i' m sure they give lot's of happiness to a lot of people and i'm glade that someone adopted them.
Jasmine is beautiful. I've rescued cats and dogs for over 50 years. The blind get along very well if not left outside on their own. Unlike humans, they do not think much about their limitations, but just get on with love and life.
She is so beautiful. So happy that she has a mommy who loves her so much. I have two cats, I adore them and they are so different... =^..^=
wow this cat is absolutely gorgeous ... wow so damn beautiful :D ... I love cats but this one must be the most adorable one I have ever seen :D ... and the fact that is blind doesn't change anything she is still a cat ... a lovely cat
I adopted a one year old cat from a local shelter when we used to live in NM. Before him, we adopted a younger kitten and I saw this cat curled up and scared - looking in the corner of his cage. After a month to visit the vet for the younger kitten, the older cat is still there - apparently no one adopted him yet. A few weeks past, when we came back, he is still there. I asked the care taker what's wrong with him and why he has still hasn't been adopted, they say nothing, he has just been returned several times. I immediately signed adoption papers for this beautiful baby and took him home only to see he that he keeps on hitting the legs of tables and chairs and corners of the wall at my place. I went back to the shelter asking them why didn't they tell me the condition of my cat and they told me they are willing to take him back. I said hell no I'm just asking why you have not been truthful about him but he is forever mine!
As in, a street IN France. I think it was a simple mistake, and it's focus was more on the cat rather than its location.
