Nacho Diaz is a Spain-based artist whose cartoon drawings will never fail to make you smile. There is nobody else that sees the world the way Diaz does - from the gentle side of villains to quirky and witty illustrations, this artist definitely notices every small detail of our everyday lives and the funny situations in it.
This time he took ordinary objects and created before and after illustrations that are just incredibly accurate. "I like to give a twist to everyday things in my illustrations. It started as a 'before and after coffee' drawing idea, just as most of my designs. While working on it I soon realized that there is a lot of fun before and after comparisons in our lives. As for the core of this creative idea, I enjoy looking for similarities between people and objects, animals, and food. By using elements that we all know in situations we all live, I think I'm able to connect with people, and in the end, to make them smile." Nacho Diaz told Bored Panda about his cool drawings.
The artist says his creative freedom has grown after gaining so much social media attention. At the moment Diaz has more than 100.000 followers on Instagram and according to him, "When you are a beginning artist, most of the time you need to adapt to the audience's demands, but having such a supportive fanbase, I feel like I'm able to work on the ideas I really enjoy, and I think that freedom helped me to improve the quality of my work too."
As for future plans, Diaz is planning to continue with his 'Before and After' series and even publish all these funny drawings in a book! how come you don't get modern day ghosts? how come they're always 19th century ones... come on modern ghosts! up your game!
can you imagine though? like a modern ghost that keeps pacing the room and pops up behind you like "there's no cell reception in here!" or "what's the wifi password?!" that'd be fantastic.
Load More Replies...Am I the only adult that works on weekends? The only days I get off are Monday and Tuesday so I often look forward to these days
When I worked weekend's, it never failed: someone would say "Have a good weekend"
Load More Replies...I never was afraid of ghosts. I ventured into old buildings nd spooky houses for fun. I was an adrenaline junkie
Not an adult but I can say ghosts don't even rate on my scariness scale compared to Monday...
I've never childhood been afraid of ghosts, except for the imaginary shadow dog that roamed my corridor at night. Don't misunderstand me, I've loved dogs my whole life, especially the big ones, but as a child, I always imagined that unfamiliar, demon black dog(that looked a lot like a Belgian sheepdog groenendael) emerging from the dark and growling with his teeth bared. Over the years, though, I started getting used to black dog and even though I sometimes recall his image in my head, he now just looks at me, gives a tail wag and disappears. Mondays however, are a different story. I've always hated Mondays! Even at the age of 3, I remember begging mom to do something so that Monday doesn't come.
what's the difference between a hippo and a zippo? one's a heavy mammal and the other's a little lighter
This is soooo true!!! I always think my husband is mad when he hasn't shaved. He shaves just so I stop saying, are you mad? hahaha
