Barbie is not just a doll for kids to play with. Even as they grow older, people might still find enjoyment in engaging with Barbie, albeit in different ways.
Daniel Lima, a man from Brazil, transforms Barbie dolls by giving them makeovers. From hair to makeup and custom clothing, Daniel revives old Barbies, and he is very good at it. He even manages to make some dolls resemble real-life people, which he has recreated on several occasions.
One such occasion was when a woman wanted to gift her aunt a doll of her deceased son. The Barbie had an uncanny similarity and even wore the same clothing as the son. “The person who placed the order was already a client of mine, and she wanted to give a very special gift,” wrote Lima.
In the list below, you will see the before and after images of Barbies that Daniel transformed into new, better versions of themselves.

In this unemployment crisis, bet we all wish it was this simple :,))
The revamped one looks like an "after" picture they took 2 years after her dad shipped the 1st one off to a convent school in Buenos Aires for delinquent girls run by sadistic nuns hell bent on turning them into "perfect young ladies" so they can marry powerful men...only they are sleeper agents brainwashed by the demonic nuns to accomplish their nefarious plan ...Oddly specific I know but it might just be last night's horror movie talking.
I would honestly watch that if they made it into some over the top Telenovela.
Load More Replies...These are all super cool! Daniel is ridiculously talented. It takes insane amounts of skill to add joints to a doll.
I mean, if he sells them to collectors for big bucks, he's got a pretty nice side gig going then.
