30 Of The Most Impressive Architectural Ideas Inspired By Simple Everyday Objects (New Pics)
Only the most uncreative of people could say that it's impossible to find inspiration in everyday life. No matter how dull our daily lives may be, the things we experience the most, namely the general existential milieu of our lives, often come as inspiration if we look at them from another perspective. The most creative people usually thrive even in the harshest of conditions, which is the boredom of routine and the commonness of our environment. Even there, there lies a tiny lesson or a bit of inspiration, one only has to have keen eyes to see it.
Judging by what has been said in the previous paragraph, Felipe de Castro definitely has a set of keen eyes on him. Even the simplest object comes to life in a new light once he starts to improvise a building sketch based on them. Some of these are so brilliantly designed that many would love to see them come to life in reality.

It may come as no surprise an architect as talented as Felipe found his passion very early in his life. "My passion for architecture started when I was little when I created Lego buildings and wooden blocks."
His knowledge and taste in architecture are very rich, and it shows in his answer about what architecture means to him. "Architecture is capable of changing the lives of one or several families. Well-made architecture provides well-being, pleasure, and a good feeling when you come into contact with it, physically or visually."
It really is. People can still walk around without worrying about being run over

Three levels, really. Make the bike/handicap section be raised enough that the cars can't just run into it (in case of accidents)
Load More Replies...For Felipe it's hard to define how long the process takes from start to finish, and there are a few objective obstacles to that. "The difficult thing is to think about the result before creating it, the execution process takes an average of 40 minutes."
When asked if he wishes to make any of these sketches a reality, he answered: "I'm creating a project for a hotel and casino in Las Vegas. I can't say much yet, but soon I believe I'll be able to show something."
so really ugly buildings come from really ugly c**p laying around........
You're entitled to your opinion, but there's no reason to be rude about it.

Of course, the architect Felipe has his own taste in his craft, and he named a few of his favorite buildings that he sketched. "I really like the pendrive house, which was one of the drawings that was shared the most and it was a shape that I intend to create in 3D and build if possible and also the hospital mask, which I made to honor the doctors who fought COVID."
He also admitted to liking modern architecture.
Reminds me of Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater house in Pennsylvania
Load More Replies...It would be great if the house was hydroelectric with one of those wheels to power the house. It could be fully sel dependent and would be very pretty, especially with a garden of some sort.
That's a pretty cool object. Perfect for keeping pests off of your food when having a picnic
True but it's still beautiful and it resembles the inspiration object well. And I can't say I've seen too many A frames with that window layout
Load More Replies...There's a house like this where I grew up. My mother always called it a "train wreck" and for the longest time I legit thought that was an architectural design term. Nah, she just thought it was ugly lmao
Yes, I know it's not a termite. I work in pest control. It's a joke. Yeesh. 😂

I love it when Pandas answer the question I want to ask before I even ask it.

I think the building is meant to be a hotel. The H's on the top is for helicopter landing areas. Also, saying you don't need another hospital is such a random comment for a concept design of a building that was never coming to your city anyway.
Load More Replies...Its Rietveld, there actually is a house with this as design. Rietveld Schreuder house.
Load More Replies...My favorite treat. Romeo e Julieta. Goiabada is hard to find in the US. Queijo Minas is impossible to find.
It's a typical brazilian sweet. The white thing is "queijo Minas", a type of brazilian white cheese, and the other thing is called "goiabada", basically a guava sweet. This is soooo good together that we call it Romeo and Juliet, a perfect combination :)
Load More Replies...The painting of this could make it an outstanding resort
Why are the legos in a random combination inspiring a dam. If it was a Lego, I would use a traditional block, not a group set in a way that the dam could be styled after. Sorry, I liked all the other ones but this one bugs me
This is the set of a morning news show from Brazil, it's called Bom dia, Brasil
I assume it's because they look ridiculous
Load More Replies...Mine too. But the desks are silly on that show. I like it better as a building. I think Felipe de Castro is a carioca.

It could be to collect water to a garden inside or something.
Load More Replies...Roof collects the rain and funnels into a fountain inside would be good
Roof could become a solar rain catching roof because as Samuel Hadd stated " that roof isn't very functional".
Brazilian tv news, they all look weird. I personally love the desk but they look a bit aged.
Load More Replies...If you believe hulk Hogan (I don't) it could've been called the hulk grill
Load More Replies...Remove the crosses and maybe add a skylight or something and it could be a pretty cool library
Brazilians are good at making ugly churches. Most famous is the upside down trash can called the Cathedral of Saint Sebastian in Rio de Janeiro. This one is much nicer.
