Your photos go far to make the case for zoos having a real value and function today. These are real "people" in your photos- and visibly so. People going to zoos in a thoughtful way can see, and learn this- these are incredibly valuable members of our planet community. Learning this via video is far more difficult. Aboriginal peoples all knew this, and called "animals" persons, or people. Herding peoples know it- only in cities can we forget.
