Yes, after watching examples like the above I video opening expensive parcelsfrom Amazon and Ebay. I think this one is fake but there are real horror stories from COVID times about Amazon and other delivery drivers swapping contents in their vans.

This must of been during covid. High end graphics cards were very hard to come by and sellers were doing crazy stuff like this, not just amazon but also egghead. I received a liquid cooled card that had tarnish and hardwater stains inside it. It had been heavily used and it was even still wet. I tried again and received a card someone had dropped on its end, badly bending the metal bracket where the ports are. It was literally uninstallable. Both cards came in sealed boxes, but both Amazon and Egghead made good on it. I thought for sure they wouldn't refund the one that someone dropped, but they didn't question me about it.

I bet you could monetize that....

I always do that with expensive items and electronics, just to be safe. bought exercise weights, turned out it was pre-used, amazon didnt require the video, but I had it just in case, but they did fix it and get me a replacement

Found out a subreddit just about censing fake autopart sites. Basically there’s a random names generator which actually build up the site with working contacts to scam people looking for auto parts they’ll never receive. It works so well they need fresh names.

Some of the scam sites have real pictures - that they steal from an actual makers of knitted sweaters and do the same print bs. How do I know? A Finnish designer discovered her sweater pics had been stolen by temu and yle made a news story on it a couple of months back

I've seen this "product" in a few videos explaining how to recognize AI pics.

I don't think they give dimensions ( a warning sign) and then you'd probably find it was with no units if they did.
