Tiffany Aguirre, adult entertainer Seth Peterson’s mother, is seeking answers about the untimely passing of her son at age 28.
Peterson’s demise was announced by his fiancé, Kobe Marsh, in a social media statement on Saturday, March 21, as he wrote he was “at a loss for words” while grieving him.
Aguirre, speaking to a prominent news outlet on Thursday, March 26, said she believes her son may have passed away due to excessive substance use.

Peterson rose to prominence in the early 2020s courtesy of his collaborations with Helix Studios, an American homosexual adult content provider.
According to his X account, he had a degree in neuroscience.

Speaking to TMZ yesterday, Peterson’s mother said that her son, whose real name was Adam Aguirre, had been staying alone in Portland, Oregon.
She added that Peterson’s partner called her on Saturday to share that he had not been able to reach him in the past few days.
That prompted her to call the Portland Police Department to request a welfare check.

According to the police’s account to the outlet, they responded to the given address and found a deceased male.
They did not confirm the individual’s identity, but Peterson’s mother told TMZ it was her son.
Aguirre flew to Portland this week, where she said she found equipment used to consume illicit compounds.

Netizens were quick to agree with Peterson’s mother’s suspicions.

Police have not yet determined an official cause of passing, but Aguirre expressed in her conversation with TMZ that she hopes they will uncover what happened in Peterson’s final days.
The outlet also reported that Peterson’s demise is not being investigated as a homicide.
Seth Peterson’s boyfriend has launched a GoFundMe to cover funeral expenses

“Seth was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed. These funds will go toward covering his funeral expenses, and any support during this difficult time is deeply appreciated,” Marsh wrote on his departed fiancé’s GoFundMe.
The fundraiser, as of this writing, has collected $6,260 of its $9,000 goal.
Peterson’s final post on Instagram, shared on October 5, 2025, featured several pictures of himself and Marsh at Burning Man, an annual week-long event in Nevada’s Black Rock Desert that encourages visitors to express themselves through art.

“Had the best birthday with you,” Peterson captioned the carousel of photos from the festival.
Marsh replied in the comments, “[So] excited for many more.”
Following Peterson’s passing, a netizen criticized Marsh, alleging neglect and suggesting he “may have known Peterson was in trouble but chose not to involve the cops.”
Another agreed, writing, “Most of us would call the police if our partner didn’t arrive home from work on time. Something is not right here.”

Taking to his Instagram recently, Heron wrote, “We didn’t know each other deeply, but we shared a birthday, which we often spent at Burning Man (with the same tattoos to prove it!), and bonded over our shared love for ball pythons.”
“Every interaction I had with him was kind and genuine. I always felt a soft spot for him and saw him as a brother spirit walking a similar path.”
