A Dutch American Wedding Cake With All Sugar Flowers And Butterflies
I made this cake for a Dutch-American couple that came over to celebrate their wedding. The funny thing is that both their names start with a D so that looked really cool on the cake. Sugar flowers are my signature, so i’ll use them when and were ever i can on a cake. Of course all handmade, or there is no fun in it for me :) Whoooo the flowers alone cost me about 6 hours to make. If you ever have a cake with sugar flowers or figurines, know that you can store and save them for a really long time (for at least 10 years).
