There might be skills involved in that, but – as also the posting text suggests – the actual place where to fish seems to be much more relevant. It seems to be a bit like trophies in hunting. Now that I write it, I guess it is my lack of understanding why one would have thophies that do not depict your own success (such as a medal as winner of a sports competition) but rather the loss of the "opponent" (such as an antler)...
