Apparently it's slang for "chasing money" (as in sacks of money) but I'm pretty sure everyone's minds went to "bállsácks" the second they saw this tattoo. I know mine did.

The words say "Country girls make do". The implication is that country girls use a cob of corn as a díldo to "make do" because they apparently don't have normal díldoes. Or access to peníses.
