The teen tries out a variety of trendy dishes, such as smoothie bowls and raw cheesecakes, with shimmering frozen fruit acting as both the main ingredient and the 'crown of jewels' in each meal. Creamy, fresh textures abound, making each creation seem more satisfying than the last. The most appealing part of Jose's culinary delights, however, is the sheer amount of color he manages to pack into each one.

How in hell is she touching those blueberries? Have u guys ever tried to touch a frozen blueberry? I'm not saying like these are fake, but I feel like she must have done some photoshopping before posting. Way too smooth for my reality. :D
OK, maybe it is explained somewhere, but why on earth do blueberries and blackberries look bleached? :/

Hey look!... Berries.... Again. Frozen... Again. Liquid food around it... Again. I don't know anayone that likes to eat frozen berries. If you say vegan doesn't need to be boring... These 5 pages of picures just show the opposite.
Tons and tons of fruit, he must have the shits all the time! All the 'food' is just some white goop, food colouring and frozen fruit. Over and over again... ho-hum

Have you only eaten potatoes your entire lives? None of those colors are unnatural or you don't know most fruits and vegetables xD You can create various shades of pink, blue and greeen using red beet, blueberries, spinach and make purple dye from elderberries. You bunch of jealous boring humans :D
Its a spray you get that gives it that freezer look. We have it at work

They look really nice. I bet at first they also taste ok. then after the fourth week of vegan chocolate and the same 4 fruit, you probably crave something a bit less pretty and more substantial.

What I find really stunning is how people keep referring to the author as "she" even though it is very clearly written it's made by a boy. Guys cook too. Even if this one just pretends to, as I agree that these are heavily edited.

Because he's trying to pass it off as real food. He is intentenionally not dispelling his Instagram followers of this, either. In short, it's outright fraud because these aren't vegan - they don't exist.
Well, if someone says "Hey, I make awesome desserts", and then proceeds to show you pictures that are faked up, you kinda get a bit ... miffed. I'd rather he take pictures of the real stuff, even if it doesn't look so perfect and shiny. And the stuff that looks edible and tasty turns out to be from someone else. Uhm. Now I'm wondering if he's even 16.

Yo starving yourself is bad for losing weight. Just make sure you have a healthy diet and excersise (a healthy diet consists of everything your body needs, not just salads btw) and then you'll be a hapealthy weight, and while you may not be supermodel skinny, you'll be healthy, which is better. (I should really follow my own advice! It good luck! ) :)

It seems like every other comment here is about the photoshop on these items, and I'm not sure why? Clearly he isn't claiming they aren't edited-- they're meant to look beautiful, which they totally do. It's not like his use of frosty spray and photoshop is going to give other blueberries and yogurt self esteem issues.
I don’t understand why there has to be so much negativity. So what if it is photoshopped it’s still real food that looks amazing. And done by someone extremely talented.. why don’t we try a lift each other up once in awhile instead of picking out the things that we see wrong.

I know it is photoshopped. And how can 16yo buy a vegan food? It is expensive in my country.
So, we can agree they're all photoshopped, but are there vegan recipes that go along with these photoshopped creations? Or are they vegan because they are literally entirely digital creations?
The guy is trying to pass these off as real vegan food. There are no recipes because he never made them. Lots of people on Instagram ask for the recipes, but he is strangely quiet.

This would be really cool if it weren't obviously faked. Apparently some of the photos are just straight-up stolen, too! I saw something about one of the only legitimate ones being from a Finnish cookbook, I think... If they were real I would have wanted recipes. Though I'm sure I could find recipes for real ones somewhere anyway. I'd suggest fact-checking your articles before you share them, BP. You're going to get yourselves into trouble posting things like this.

In the first picture, the strawberries look fake on top. Like others, this does seem phptoshopped. Not hard to tell. Sadly. If it is real, where are the steps to do these deserts? We people need to end people who try and trick others for popularity.

The rest of it is true but his photoshop skills suck, did you SEE the strawberries on the first one? However, his use of colour is absolutely fantastic, following the pastel trend with complimentary colours.
Maybe if some photos weren't from somewhere else and maybe if the 'photographer' mentioned editing photos ;) Fair is fair.
