Should My Order Be Replaced?

So for Christmas we ordered my son a bike he's been wanting really bad. I ordered it straight from the "Weasel" (name changed, don't know if I can legally put it) website...or so I thought. Well to make a long story short the bike never gets delivered my son's Christmas is crap & I'm told it's a scam site. That I can sign into my account & everything? Well at first I thought dag I've been had, even after I checked the site & found nothing wrong b4 ordering..but now I find out the site is still up stealing folks money. I had already contacted the Co and figured they would not honor my order, which I could understand as they acted like they didn't know about the site. Well come to find out they did & do & the sites still there & they act like they don't care their company name & products are being used to rip kids Christmas off..I have all screenshots, receipts, emails etc but when I mentioned that then the incoming emails had a legal writing with it about sharing the content. I just really wanted that site shut down as to not disappoint any more kids when I contacted the company, cause it really ruined my son's Christmas. Their only response really was they can't replace an order or refund something not ordered from directly from their company. Now I never asked for a refund, replacement or anything to start with..but I did ask them to honor the order AFTER I find out they don't care 2 cents the websites there..& that they knew about it b4 & after this incident. I even offered to trade advertising space on work trucks as trade, whatever it took to still get my order,as after Christmas I'm literally flat broke & just trying to get my son his bike. (That WAS paid for).. The website is still there..I can still log into my "Weasel" account there.. you can log in look at the bikes & find out all the info & pay for it, you just don't get it. There's a fed ex delivery slip, & when it's tracked on their site it says delivered to the stated address 2 days after delivering..how is that? Anyway am I wrong to ask the company for it to be replaced after finding out they know, knew & still know about the site, after they acted like they didn't, but it's still there. I found out it was known about months b4 Christmas & could have been dealt with..I don't even understand how the sites still there!! I know I got scammed but can't believe how the company dealt with it..
