This coloring book by Montreal-based artist Sarah Mangle is filled with positive messages that makes it an excellent activity for children and adults alike.
Mangle drew her “Affirmations Colouring Book” during a period of six weeks when she couldn’t walk due to a sprained knee. Coloring is a therapeutic and stress-relieving activity, and Mangle writes that she “has seen affirmations work in many settings with children and adults, in relationships, work settings, and day to day.”
