19 talented members from the Paper Artist Collective was challenged to create a paper art piece using one color only!
Each artist was sent 20 A3 sheets of a single shade of color plan paper and was given free rein to make whatever they wanted, the only restriction was that their piece of art had to fit within a 20 x 20 x 20cm area.
The 20 participants come from 10 different countries and only discovered their paper color when opening their parcel!

I thought the same thing. Perhaps the artist made a background that is not a part of the project. The vessel is the project. Looks stunning.
