If I had to describe cats in one word, that word would definitely be mysterious. I mean, one minute they're curling up next to you and purring, and the other - running off to explore who knows what. So there's is definitely no arguing with the fact that cats' lives are full of mystery and mischief. Which is why black and white photography suits the mysterious feline friends of ours just perfectly.

We have two black girls babies and this is tends to be the result of photographing them . That said - SUPER inspiration for a cross stitch project! ^_^

1, 2, Kitty's coming for you... 3, 4, better lock your door (from the inside coz it'll just play with the key) 5, 6, get a bag of tricks 7, 8, so you can stay up late (and play with them) 9, 10 you'll never sleep again (whereas they will sleep all day)

Not sure why, they're very sweet tempered cats, they just don't have any hair. If any other cat was to lose its hair it would look the same

My faves are #5, #32 and #45. I think #32 describes the cat as the lone explorer, the one who finds trouble by means of curiosity. #45 expresses the watchfulness cats often display. They might sleep a lot, but they are very attuned to the world around them. In spite of their mysterious nature, cats don't pretend to be anything more than what they are. <3
